In 2001, she founded the organization Divas for Christ Ministries, an online national women’s ministry network focused on self-care, outreach, and sisterhood (www.divasforchrist.org). The outgrowth has resulted in her practice, Table Talk Consulting and online leadership academy, MPACT which focuses on training and consulting in the areas of DEI (Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion) , ministerial support, and conflict resolution.

A must read for everyone nothing better than knowing how to refill your own cup.
This book is an easy read; I read it in less than a day. I purchased 6 additional copies to give to friends who are caregivers who are balancing work and caregiving. I have shared it with my church and we are conducting group discussions using the reflection questions at the end of each chapter to start the inward journey to self-care and creating a balance while caregiving.
I have not had this much fun coloring in a very long time. It brought out the inner child in me. I found the coloring activities and the reflections at the end in this adult coloring book very relaxing. The coloring party helped me to release stress, tap my creative side, and reflect as I answered questions about the process was really empowering and renewing. I have purchased several copies to give as gifts.
